Kidan Araya is a global policy and communications strategist with experience working across Africa and the United States in environmental and technology policy. Ms. Araya is a 2025 MIT Reality Scholar and an Official U.S. Speaker Program Participant for the U.S. Department of State on Africa policy, security, trafficking of natural resources, and critical energy issues. She has worked with government agencies, philanthropic organizations, and private companies on climate, nature, and tech policy issues.
